The Price Is Not Right

Real estate agents will always recommend prices for homes when people want to sell, but ultimately it is up to the homeowners to choose what prices they want. If your agent had suggested a lower price from the start but you chose a higher one, there is a good chance that this might be the problem with your house. If so, you will need to drop your price to a price that is more realistic for your house. By doing this, you might attract a buyer faster.

The Feedback Is Negative

While most agents will give feedback to sellers after showings take place, there are times when agents tend to be very cautious about this. Offering feedback from people who viewed a house can be hard to do, especially if it is negative, and your agent may not want to hurt your feelings. The truth is, though, that hearing what people have to say about your house is often the best way to find out why no one is buying it. There Are Very Few Buyers Right Now

The other explanation for this problem could be that there just are not a lot of people out looking for homes to buy at this time. In this situation, you may have to wait a while for the market to pick back up before you will find a person who wants to buy your house.
